Having been given this candle by my son for a gift. The wick and quality was not up to standard. Given you pride yourselves on your website stating you use the highest quality products I find your candles do not reflect this. I contacted Samantha in customer service and provided her with videos and photographs and did not get a reply after providing more information. Terriblecustomer service with a product that was well below par. The wax nearly drowned the flame. Out and was barely a flicker. They burn unevenly.

I have the diffuser in the same fragrance, it's my absolute favourite.

The candles burn well, give off scent when burning which lingers afterwards in the room. They last well and look great, simple and understated . The tops are excellent as stands while candle burning and covers for when they're not.
