I received a beautiful candle from my son. He putchased a supposed quality candle. After lighting the candle the 1st time the flame was so low it was barely a flicker and virtually no flame. Its unusable. I emailed customer service to inform them and explained my frustration and with cost of a $50candle i expect it to have a decent wick that can burn the candle. After sending through another request for more photos including batch number and a video as well?! as they wanted to investigate. Its not my problem but I obliged.They also asked how id like to proceed.? I was taken back by this tbh? Isnt that up to them?????i did not receive any email back to thank for the extra photo and video. Surely an apology and thank you for providing the extra information. I accomodated going out my way to provided all photos and videos in my time. I am unwell and thats why i was given a candle. They burn unevenly . So after sending through video and photos i didnt get a reply. Customer by Samantha is very disappointing .

The coconut and lime diffusers are beautuful.

This is one of the few candles that don't trigger my hayfever and I burn them in my shop to also minimise the very old brick shop smell which is hugely successful. I'm constantly getting asked what the wonderful smell is when customers walk into the shop and if I stocked your candles I probably could have sold a massive amount by now just by the interest shown by customers alone!!

Love this candle brand, love the quality, love the scent, love that you can smell the scent. Have tried other brands but always come back to this one, love!
